The first phase of development covered about 300 mu (approximately 200,000 square meters) and is expected to develop about 40,000 tombs. The total number of tombs already sold by Shenghe Ci An Yuan has reached 2,100 and he recent annual tomb sales are about 400 tombs. The average price per tomb is selling at RMB12,000. The cemetery has a second phase development plan of about 1,000 mu (approximately 666,666 square meters) and is expected to develop 200,000 tombs.
