• The annual tomb consumption in Urumqi City is approximately 13,000, including in which approximately 10,000 tombs are used by recent deceased and the rest of 3,000 tombs are for transfer of interment. The total number of tombs already sold by Xi Shan Fu Shou Yuan has reached 3,200 and the recent annual tomb sales are about 1,800 tombs. Total number of tombs available to be sold upon completion of development is expected to be approximately 180,000. The average price per tomb is selling at RMB9,000.
• Xi Shan Fu Shou Yuan is located at about 25 kilometers south from the metropolitan area of Urumqi City. The size of the cemetery is about 1,200 mu (approximately 800,000 square meters). The cemetery is situated at east and faced to the west. The core of the cemetery is a Tai Chi Square and a main axial road linked up the east and the west of the cemetery. The design is mainly to imitate the building architectural of the Tang Dynasty with religion culture construction.
